Value-Based Care Center of Excellence

The Vision: The Value-based Care Center of Excellence will be a shared facility that provides leadership, best practices, research, support, training and proven technology and interoperable systems for advancing value-based care. The CoE is designed to support the critical requirements for successfully transitioning from the fragmented care/pay-for-volume model to the coordinated care/pay-for-value model. The CoE will also provide a neutral research, testing, demonstration center for members and stakeholders to utilize and collaborate.​

Create cross organizational, interdisciplinary work groups that collaborate to effectively and efficiently build demonstrable solutions and recommend best practices for advancing targeted value-based care initiatives.
