This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.

Data Storage and Retention

InXite uses third-party vendors and hosting partners for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology we need to run InXite.

We maintain two types of logs: server logs and application/event logs. By using InXite, you authorize InXite to transfer, store, and use your information in the United States and any other country where we operate. We will only retain data if we have a reasonable use for it. All other data will be purged based on our records management policy. If you wish to view our records management policy, please reach out to us at info@inxitehealth.com.

Third-Party Embeds

Some of the content that you see displayed on InXite’s website is not hosted by InXite. These “embeds” are hosted by a third-party and embedded in InXite. For example: YouTube or Vimeo videos, Imgur or Giphy gifs, SoundCloud audio files, or Twitter tweets. These files send data to the hosted site just as if you were visiting that site directly (for example, when you load a InXite page with a YouTube video embedded in it, YouTube receives data about your activity). InXite does not control what data third parties collect in cases like this, or what they will do with it. So, third-party embeds on InXite are not covered by this privacy policy. They are covered by the privacy policy of the third-party service.

Some embeds may ask you for personal information, such as your email address, through a form. If you choose to submit your information to a third party this way, we don’t know what they may do with it. As explained above, their actions are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Tracking & Cookies

We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and personalize content to target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site.

InXite doesn’t track you across the Internet. We track only your interactions within the InXite network, which includes our platform InXite SmartCare and other applications.

Some third-party services that we use, such as Google Analytics, may place their own cookies in your browser. This Privacy Policy covers use of cookies by InXite only and not the use of cookies by third parties.
